As part of the TTC’s continuing modernization efforts, the turnstiles at the main entrance and the high gates at the automatic entrance at Bathurst Station will be replaced with new paddle-style fare gates.

Construction is scheduled to begin at the main entrance on Oct. 5.  It will take until the end of November to complete.

  • The collector booth will be closed during the construction.
  • Customers will not be able to purchase tickets, tokens and TTC passes from this station when the booth is closed.
  • Customers will enter and exit the station through a temporary walkway within the bus bay.
  • A PRESTO card reader will be available for PRESTO customers.

Construction is scheduled to begin at the Markham Street automatic entrance on Oct. 4.

  • The entrance will be closed from 11 p.m. Oct. 6 until mid-January.
