Notes About Prebook Trips:

  • Prebook Service is only maintained on Statutory Holidays for those customers with trips to and from Dialysis. If a trip other than dialysis is required, call Reservations at 416-393-4222 the day before service to request an advance booking.
  • Prebook Service is temporarily suspended for a two week period prior to Christmas, as well as the week following Christimas, except to those customers with trips to and from Dialysis. If Prebook Service other than dialysis is required for that period, confirm the facility will be open and call Reservations at 416-393-4222 two weeks in advance to reschedule your trips.
  • If Dialysis schedules are changed during this period, arrangements can be made in advance with Reservations at 416-393-4222 to change dates/times.
