Currently, by subscribing to My TTC e-Alerts you will receive information when a delay on the subway occurs that is greater than 15 minutes in rush hour periods and 30 minutes at all other times. You will also receive information about significant surface route disruptions. 

E-Alerts is a subscription based service that allows customers to receive this information via email.

Project work to expand the system to include SMS text messaging, notification of disruptions for bus and streetcar routes and filtering functionality to allow customers to elect to receive information based on location, station, time of day, etc. has commenced.

The TTC will be implementing many other new features to improve and enhance customer communications and the TTC experience.
